What AskMyStartup is

An AI assistant (a “twin”) that works from the information you provide. It is always disclosed as AI and never presented as a human.

Your responsibilities

• You approve the facts your twin may state, and you are responsible for what you approve and for anything you choose to send or say through it.
• You must tell people they are talking to your AI twin, and get everyone's consent before a meeting is recorded.
• You may only clone your own voice or likeness, with your recorded consent.
• Don't use AskMyStartup to deceive, impersonate others, or make false claims to investors or customers.

What the AI does and doesn't do

• It can make mistakes. It answers from approved facts, cites sources and is checked, but no system is error-free.
• It never makes binding commitments, representations or warranties on your behalf. Sending, submitting, paying and promising always need your approval.
• Legal templates are drafts, not legal advice.
• It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, screen for or treat any condition.

Payments

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices exclude GST.

Ending your account

You can export or delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
