Who we are and what we are building
A small, self-funded company in Hyderabad, building an AI clone that answers a team's repeat questions from answers the founder approved.
What we are building
AskMyStartup is an AI clone of the founder for the questions a team keeps asking. The founder writes or says the answers once and approves each one. The team then asks the clone, which answers only from what was approved, shows where each answer came from and when it was confirmed, and asks the founder when it does not know.
We are building it because many founders answer the same questions every week, and the answers live only in their heads.
Who is behind it
AskMyStartup is founded by Karthik Idikuda in Hyderabad, India. It is a very small, self-funded company. We use AI agents to help build the product, research the market and write drafts, and a person checks what is published. We say so because you should know how this is made.
How we work
We publish only things we can stand behind. Every comparison names the product's own page and the date we read it. We do not show customer numbers, ratings or quotes because we have no customers yet. Our trust page lists what is true today and what we have not done, with a review date.
When something changes, it goes in the public changelog.
Where we are today
AskMyStartup is in private beta. It works as a web page that opens on any phone. It does not run inside Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. We are talking to founders to learn how their teams ask them things, and we build from what they tell us.
