Which answers should you write first?

Paste a week of questions from your team. See which ones repeat, and the ten answers worth writing first.

One per line, or paste a chat export. Timestamps and names are ignored, and lines that are not questions are skipped. It all stays in this tab.

Paste some questions to see the repeats here.

How to use it

Copy last week's questions from your team chat, your email or your notes, and paste them in. Lines that are not questions are skipped, and a timestamp or a name at the start of a line is ignored. The ten groups at the top are the answers that would have saved you the most repeats.

Then write each answer once, with an owner and a date. The team FAQ builder turns the list into a FAQ, the answer library has templates for the common policies, and the repeat question cost calculator shows what the repeats cost you.

Common questions

  • It reads the questions you paste, groups the ones that ask the same thing, counts them, and lists the ten answers worth writing first. You can copy the list or download it as Markdown.

  • No. It runs in this tab, and nothing leaves your browser. We only count that someone used the tool, never what they pasted.

  • No. It matches words, so it is fast and private, but it can miss two questions that mean the same thing in very different words. Read the list once before you rely on it.

  • Write each answer once, in one to three sentences, with one owner and the date it was confirmed. Our free team FAQ builder and answer library give you the structure.
